High Impact Leadership & Performance Coaching for Business Results

We provide experienced personal leadership development coaches to work one-on-one with selected executives, managers, and other critical personnel.  These intensive engagements are designed to accelerate the personal development of leaders who are critical to the success of your organization.

Our coaching engagement helps leaders successful perform their roles through four types of hi-impact performance coaching:

Intervention for Corrective Action
Provides targeted help and support for a leader facing a “must change” or critical turn-around situation. 

Specific Skill or Leadership Style Improvement
Provides coaching for a leader on specific skill sets for a specific problem or situation.

Preparation for Special Assignments
Helps a leader prepare for a new assignment or a change in job status.

Continuous Education and Professional Development
Helps a leader continually focus on the right things, resolve conflicts effectively, determine priorities, lead, supervise, and manage today’s employees.

A substantial number of our engagements have an intensive period of three months, and then only periodic “check-ups” and follow-up phone calls for another brief period of time. The key components of our approach are briefly described below.

Step 1.  Assessment  
  • Diagnose the leader's impact on the organization

  • Review results of diagnosis
  • Gain agreement on desired leadership goals
  • Determine measures for success
  • Create a supportive environment for positive change
Step 2.  Collaborative Development Plan  
  • Construct a leadership development plan
  • Determine best ways to reach success measures
  • Reach agreement on approach

Step 3.  Plan Implementation  
  • Begin leadership skill building work
  • Conduct face-to-face coaching
  • Hold follow-up telephone sessions to check progress
  • Hold joint sessions with coach, candidate, and candidate's mentor

Step 4. Evaluate Progress, Success and Results  
  • Conduct evaluation of progress with coaching candidate
  • Report results to candidate's mentor
  • Determine if additional coaching is necessary
