Overview/Abstract:
Your
organization’s success depends on the effectiveness of your employees.
You need employees who are responsible and adaptive to change –
who are unafraid of today’s challenges – who are personally
empowered.
You,
Unlimited gives audiences the tools and techniques to coach your
employees to become highly motivated contributors by thriving under
change.
The
session focuses on three key areas for personal empowerment:
 |
Getting off to a new start
– Participants will explore change and strategies for coping
with change. They
will learn how to energize themselves and take personal
responsibility for improving the quality of their work. |
 |
Changing the way we see things
– Through guided exercises, participants will learn how to break
through old paradigms of “doing only what I’m told” and
“that’s not my job” and embrace personal empowerment and
responsibility. |
 |
Choices
– Operating at the center of your life as someone who can and
will make choices is at the heart of the program.
Participants identify the areas in their lives and work
where they have control and learn how to take more initiative in
these areas. We also
learn to recognize areas that are outside of our control and to
let go of factors that we cannot change or influence. |
