Key Learning Objectives:

1. Audiences will understand the planning and steps necessary to effectively create a team environment.
2. Audiences will be able to identify the various types of teams and their purpose as well as the various team member roles and responsibilities.  
3. Audiences will understand the four levels of team development and will be able to place their team in the appropriate level.

Overview/Abstract:

The definition of a team is a group of people working together toward a common goal of improving the business while demonstrating respect for each other.  A team’s success is based on great individual execution of assigned responsibilities.  It is only when everyone excels at assigned tasks that we have true teamwork.  Organizations need to know the planning and steps involved in creating and building great teams.
