Overview/Abstract:

The definition of a team is a group of people working together toward a common goal of improving the business while demonstrating respect for each other.  A team’s success is based on great individual execution of assigned responsibilities.  It is only when everyone excels at assigned tasks that we have true teamwork.  Organizations need to know the planning and steps involved in creating and building great teams.
