Mary is a senior consultant at Cornelius & Associates, a training and consulting firm specializing in helping their clients improve business results in the areas of teamwork, leadership development and project management.  C&A currently employs fifteen consultants and trainers from broad backgrounds, and a support group that help service its clients in the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, and Europe. 

Mary has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as Energizer Battery Company, Coca Cola and Pioneer Electronics for the past 15 years.  Her extensive background includes work in human relations, motivational communications, customer service, and human resources in a variety of service and manufacturing industries.  Mary has experience speaking to regional and national associations and is currently writing her first book—Have No Fear: Powerful Presentations, A Strategy for Success.
