Overview/Abstract:

Don’t let your projects drift into chaos.  A project is successful only if the project leader and project team members understand and manage the process.  During this session participants will discover seven specific suggestions for increasing the likelihood of success for their projects. 

From conducting a readiness assessment including identifying the strengths and weakness of the organization to carrying out the project to following a systematic project management process including identifying critical issues and conducting a risk analysis to executing a systematic communication plan, participants will be inspired through real-world examples and enlightening discussion to put these plans into place action immediately in their organizations.
