Overview/Abstract:

More and more companies today are realizing the value of strong leadership within all levels of their organizations.  The challenge is to make real efforts to train people in effective leadership styles and hold everyone accountable.  This involves being a real leader who both listens and guides people to get the job done vs. using a telling and controlling style.  Benefits to effective leadership include trust and mutual respect where people are involved in daily decision-making and much more productive.
