Overview/Abstract:

Change is a constant in today’s organizations.  Organizations need to proactively approach change in order to stay on the cutting edge of their competition.  However, managing this change can “make or break” the initiative.  In this lively presentation, Ed Cornelius introduces and breaks down the typical change process in an organization.  He introduces audiences to a tool: the Leading Change Checklist, which will help them understand the fundamental criteria that should be in effect for a successful change initiative.   Next, Ed Cornelius guides audiences through using the Leading Change Checklist so that they can help lead change at work the next day.
