Ed
is an experienced industrial psychologist, and the founder and president
of Cornelius & Associates, a training and consulting firm
specializing in helping their clients create work environments that
foster motivation and teamwork. C&A
currently employs fifteen consultants and trainers from broad
backgrounds, and a support group of five professionals that help service
its clients in the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, and
Europe.
Ed
has published more than 50 articles, computer programs, book chapters,
and papers on human behavior and human resource management.
He has also authored several highly acclaimed courses in teamwork
and leadership development that have been used by thousands of
executives, managers and team members in companies around the world,
including “How to Develop and Maintain Self-Motivated Work Teams,”
“Team Facilitation and Team Management Skills,”
“Involvement Skills for Team Leaders and Supervisors,”

Ed is currently writing his first book
