Learning Objectives

  1. Identify and better understand challenges faced by your organization.

  2. Better understand changes taking place in your organization as well as the world marketplace.

  3. Make one of the four fundamental choices available to them in responding to your organization and their work situation.

  4. Identify ways to more positively respond to their environment, including problems, difficult situations and other people.

  5. Identify ways that they can increase and maximize energizing aspects of the organization and of their job.

  6. Identify ways to minimize or eliminate negative or de-energizing elements of the organization and their job.

  7. Establish some personal operating principles for how they will behave and operate as You, Unlimited.

  8. Identify people in the organization who can support them through changes they will be making.

  9. Identify their internal and external customers and the needs and expectations of those customers.

  10. Develop a personal work mission statement.

  11. Understand their decision-making power and boundaries: decisions they can and should make and their empowerment limits.

  12. Understand the behaviors that are needed to work effectively with other people and identify behavior changes they need to make to work better with coworkers and internal customers and suppliers.

  13. Choose to act on things under their control and let go of things not under their control.

Program Format- 2 Days

This powerful two-day program is hands-on.  Participants stay active and involved throughout the entire two days.  Cornelius & Associates will customize the exercises and cases to be specific to your organization.  The maximum class size is 20, but for optimum results 12-16 participants is ideal.
