The
practical exercises were great. I really enjoyed this
workshop and feel like it was an excellent investment. The
vision and values training was the most practical for me.
The discussion on commitments will also be very useful. |
 |
I liked the elaboration of the
difference between leaders and managers. Very helpful. I
found most useful the structure on writing a vision, discussing integrity
issues and the examples, and the need for clear values. |
 |
Well
done! Gained valuable knowledge in implementing change in a
dynamic and growing organization and in the leadership and
communication skills needed to implement policy and change. |
 |
I enjoyed this thoroughly and
got some good insights into the nature of leadership and how to do
it. |
 |
A lot
of content communicated; Very implement-able. Well worth the
time and price of admission. |
 |
I
enjoyed this class very much. I enjoyed most a chance to
think about things away from the office, and a set of tools to
start the process. |
 |
It is
good to get out of the office for the day and hear the experiences
of others in the industry. I liked the mix of exercise and
theory. It intensifies the learning experience to have time
for personal reflection. |
 |
Content
was good and section on values- A+. Also, made me realize I
need to consolidate my vision. |
 |
Wonderful
ideas and if implemented will make me a better leader. Also,
made me appreciate our CEO more- he uses some of these methods
effectively. |
 |
Presented
ideas to put into action and gave me a better idea of what makes a
great leader. I now know how to communicate to achieve
vision. |
 |
I liked
the way we were asked to apply some of these ideas to our specific
situations. The small group exercises were very helpful. |
 |
The
examples and information were very good and I found myself
evaluating my leadership style, i.e. what was good, what I can
change, etc. The manual is worthy of sharing with other
leaders within my team. |
 |
Overall
pace- good. I found most useful the information on refining
a vision and how a vision can be created for a team or smaller
unit and not just a company as a whole. |
 |
Good
program- very reflective. I liked most the group interaction
and discussion, the amount of exercises (kept it stimulating), and
references of additional reading. |
 |
I found
most useful the techniques of defining a vision and values and
communication techniques to articulate these. I rate this
program as above average. |
 |
This
seminar "keeps the saw sharp." It was refreshing. |
 |
I
learned how to communicate a vision; how to use values and
integrity in day-to-day activities and why a vision is important. |
