Project Management Courses

Cornelius & Associates' roots are in teaching- we have been designing and implementing human development programs for over 16 years.  Our skill sets include needs assessments, curriculum design, course design, training delivery, and trainer certification.    We follow adult learning principles, transfer-of-training principles, and always construct our programs so that they are:
bullet

Practical - Our training programs transfer to each participant tools and techniques that can be applied immediately in the workplace.

bullet

Customized - Our training programs are customized for each client to ensure they are addressing industry-specific problems and the client’s unique culture.

bullet

Focused - Our preference is to focus on fewer topics at an in-depth level, rather than cover a lot of topics at a superficial level.

bullet

Fun - Our training programs deliver an enjoyable and engaging adult learning experience.
