Individual Personalized Improvement Plan- this plan, developed by the participant with the help of the instructor, establishes a path for improvement and development for the participant for a minimum of 90 days after training has ended.

Instructor Customer Service- the instructor for the course will participate in a pre-training conference call with the participant’s supervisors and a follow-up call with the training participants.

Optional Assessment Tools- assessment tools can be added to this course for a nominal fee.  These include a Leader Tasks Questionnaire and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® assessment.
