Making Meetings Work

Meetings Work is a video-based training course that is a
cost-effective mechanism for providing team members with
meeting management skills. Participants will experience
immediate improvements in meeting productivity including,
enhanced decision making techniques, fewer meeting
conflicts, and better follow-up mechanisms.

can be delivered by any experienced group facilitator. The
