Making Meetings Work

Making Meetings Work is a video-based training course that is a cost-effective mechanism for providing team members with meeting management skills. Participants will experience immediate improvements in meeting productivity including, enhanced decision making techniques, fewer meeting conflicts, and better follow-up mechanisms.

This "stand-alone" product can be delivered by any experienced group facilitator. The leader's kit comes with a 72 minute video-tape and a complete, detailed leader's guide. Each exercise has suggested examples, along with ideas for customizing the exercises. The course can be delivered to any size group, although a minimum of 4 participants is recommended to realize the benefits of group interaction.
