Program Format- 2 Days

This hands-on, two-day program focuses on the intact project team’s specific project.  The program includes a one-day follow session for the sponsoring group and the team to ensure the project team is functioning and meeting, or exceeding, their expectations.  The maximum class size is 20, but for optimum results 12-16 participants is ideal.
