Every
single interaction with another person is
either a deposit or a withdrawal for every future interaction.
Team members often find themselves in
situations in which they need to talk to a peer team member about a
problem or situation that needs resolving.
This program is designed to help team members develop the skills
they need to ensure that they operate in a candid, self-disclosing, and
collaborative manner with each other.
It is built on our basic team building courses.
The
program reviews the behavioral styles model and helps team members
develop appropriate responses to the different behavioral styles
exhibited by their fellow team members.
Specific communications skills are taught to ensure that the
one-on-one interaction is effective and accomplishes the objective of
building teamwork.
Learning Objectives
