The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) classifies sixteen
different ways that people relate to one another and provides powerful
insights into our own communication styles and the communication styles
of others. Understanding your style and how it compares to someone
else’s can lead to better communication, more productivity, increased
employee satisfaction and ultimately better bottom-line results.

Program Format - 1
Day
This one-day workshop is designed to increase participants’
awareness of our differences. It
is highly interactive and fast paced, utilizing many exercises and
role-plays.
The maximum class size is 20.
Cornelius
& Associates will distribute and score the MBTI®
instrument before
the session or participants can take the assessment online before the
session begins. This session can
also be held in half-day format, but the amount of exercises are
trimmed down. The half-day course is recommend for an executive
overview or refresher.
