This course is designed to teach the basics of project management software used in the participants’ organization.  Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to effectively use their organization’s software package as a tool to help manage projects and communicate.  This course also reviews basic skills learned in Project Management Skills Development and discusses how they relate to utilizing the software package.

Prerequisites

This course builds on the basic principles learned in the Project Management Skills Development course offered by Cornelius & Associates.

Program Format- 2 Days

This program is extremely interactive and limited to 15 or fewer participants.  Each participant works at a terminal and there is a great deal of one-on-one interaction with the instructor.  Tools and techniques are reinforced using an actual project case study.
