This course is designed to give managers and supervisors the tools and techniques that can be used to resolve conflict successfully.  This course focuses on those problems and conflicts that often occur in groups or teams.   

When this course is completed, participants will be armed with specific tools and techniques that can be utilized immediately in their organization to help resolve problems, including three strategies for effectively dealing with group conflict.

Program Format- 1 Day

This one-day program uses an interactive format that engages the entire audience.  The participants are immersed in the concepts through group activities, practice exercises and case studies.  The maximum class size is 20, but for optimum results 12-16 participants is ideal.
