Ed is an experienced industrial psychologist, author, researcher, public speaker and consultant. He brings more than 15 years as a university professor and a history of management consulting to work for his worldwide clients.

He has written more than 50 articles, computer programs, book chapters and papers on human behavior and human resource management.

Ann Brown offers her clients a down-to-earth attitude that achieves results.  Ann has been a consultant with Cornelius & Associates for seven years, and receives stellar reviews from her clients.

John Cornelius has contributed to the growth and development of organizations around the world.  With extensive, real-world experience and a strategic perspective, he helps organizations focus their energy on continuous process improvement and increasing employee involvement. As a consultant, John is skilled in helping management teams align their visions and goals with their people strategies and systems.

He is a senior associate with Cornelius & Associates with nearly two decades of experience in human resources and management development. John is a former Chairman of the Management and Marketing Department at Central Texas College and a recipient of the Outstanding Educator Award for the American Educational Complex.

Recently, John authored a course, "Supervisory Leadership", that was adopted as the required introductory supervisory course for all managers in a global Fortune 500 company.


PATRICIA A. GOWAN

Pat Gowan's academic preparation and organizational experience provides clients with current, realistic and effective people development techniques. As a coach and trainer, she creates highly productive learning environments that provide employees practical, hands-on applications of training concepts.

Her experience includes serving as a staff psychologist for the South Carolina Department of Public Safety and as an internal trainer for Coopers & Lybrand. She has facilitated training for performance improvement teams, conducted job analysis, and performance employee assessment and evaluation.  Pat is a certified MBTI
® practitioner.

JENNIFER S. HIGGINS, PMP

Jennifer S. Higgins offers specialized project management experience in implementing and administering projects and project offices.  Jennifer has a broad range of skills in working on project teams, mentoring and coaching project managers, and managing the functional aspects of a project office, including reporting, documentation, standards development, and training.  Jennifer’s ability to perform effectively in a variety of roles makes her an asset to any organization.

Jordy Johnson has met the challenge of moving numerous organizations from survival to success. His extensive experience has helped clients around the world conceptualize their visions, create organizational improvement strategies, develop high-performing people and build high-involvement systems.

As a consultant, Jordy brings a depth of experience to the partnership. During his career, which spans more than 20 years, he has held positions including Operation Manager, Human Resource Manager, and College Dean. He has helped continuous manufacturing operations, job shops, and service industries achieve bottom-line results.

Jordy is a Senior Professional in Human Resources Management and former Chairman of the Division of Business and Economics at the University of South Carolina at Sumter.



MARK McCATTY

EMORY L. MOORE

More than 20 years of real-world experience and first-hand knowledge help Emory Moore provide effective consulting and training in project management and project management software. His training techniques are extremely effective. He transfers his enthusiasm for project management to managers and employees in numerous organizations.

Emory's experience includes 18 years in a Fortune 300 textile company in various positions including project manager, division planning manager, plant manager, product manager, and personnel director. He co-founded Computer Knowledge, Inc. and provides consulting and training in a broad spectrum of application software.



JOHN PRATT, PMP

With more than 20 years in software development and systems implementation, John Pratt brings the critical skills his clients need to help them implement successful projects - on time and within budget.

John has hands-on experience with all phases of the application development cycle - including requirements gathering, conceptual design, detail design, software development, unit and system testing, documentation, training, implementation and post-implementation support.

John's extensive business career has included the management of a business analysis group with PowerCerve Corporation, a provider of ERP software; the IS leadership of several division-wide system implementation projects with BASF Corporation; and the development and maintenance of manufacturing and financial systems with U.S. Steel Corporation.



KAY H. ROMAN, PMP

Kay Roman brings more than 18 years business experience to Cornelius and Associates. As a consultant, she draws upon a successful career in management and a thorough understanding of organizational dynamics. Her depth of knowledge and experience helps Kay effectively guide clients through today's challenges.

Having worked inside both large and small organizations, Kay relates to the issues and concerns of her clients and she easily builds rapport. She takes a disciplined approach to understanding her clients' business situations, analyzing options, and developing customized approaches that ensure success. Her excellent communication and facilitation skills coupled with her practical, results-oriented style enable her clients to achieve outstanding business results.
