Cornelius & Associates is in its twenty-first year as a consulting and training company, headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina. Our focus in helping businesses succeed began as a natural outgrowth of our founder’s work as an industrial psychologist, author, and researcher. Our early successes and our roots were in developing training programs for team-based, high involvement work environments, primarily in the Southeast United States.

Today, Cornelius & Associates offers services in a wide variety of topic areas, which we have delivered to clients throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, Australia, and Europe. Cornelius & Associates is a dedicated group of high-level people with the same vision as its founder, Dr. Edwin T.
